CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations if less than 24 hours notice has been given. I allow a 10 min grace period & after that you forfeit your appointment & will be charged 50% of your service total . If you have 2 or more no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be prepaid prior to booking another appointment.
